"塗り箸でナマコをはさむ" 2013年01月31日、上海にある上海蟹で有名なレストラン、凌瀧閣(凌泷阁)のナマコ料理。 "塗り箸でナマコをはさむ"という、難しい事を表すことわざが日本語にあるのを初めて知りました。ナマコはツルツルしていてかつとても弾力性があり、伝わるかわかりませんが、フォークで刺しても飛び抜けました。味は無味無臭！ ぐるなび上海版「凌瀧閣」 Sea Slug Dish 01/31/2013, a sea slug dish in Ling Long Ge(凌泷阁), a famous Shanghai food restaurant. I didn't know sea slugs are called also sea cucumbers. Some of their species do look like the vegetable. They get jiggly when cooked! and have little smell and flavor.
